Should we add this feature to the wiki? I know how to add it, editors could choose whether or not to select it, and it would work similar to Brickipedia's. Personally, I see no downside, but I thought I'd ask you guys before adding it.

K, it now works for Special:RecentChanges, and refreshes every 5 seconds (notify me if you want this changed). Now I'm going to try and find a way to make it work for Special:WikiActivity.
Good news is that it now works even for Special:WikiActivity. Bad news is that it's really slow, something I'll try and look into.
